Recent Malibu Motel Review: "Conveniently near Pepperdine University. It was our son's graduation and staying overnight at the Malibu Motel was soo convenient. We could even see the ocean from the second floor to which they up-graded us for the same price of a first floor room (:=). The cleanliness was outstanding, so neat and clean it made up for the "basicness" of the room. The only inconvenient part of all is the noise from the Pacific Coast Highway it took over the sound of the ocean. All in all: We enjoyed our overnight stay."
